Coaching Change 101

Coaching Change focuses on the difference between change and the passage through change, how change management is about individual behaviors and focuses on strategies to successfully navigate change for individuals and teams. Change management will be enhanced through the ADKAR change model. ADKAR helps leaders diagnose the resistance to change, progress through the change and develop a change management plan for their team.

Coaching Change 102

Coaching Change 102 builds on Coaching Change 101 with a focus on how organizational change occurs through individuals changing, how to prioritize effectively when communicating change, and how to help players get unstuck by coaching through change. Hands-on coaching using the ADKAR model with enhancements will be practiced.

Coaching Trust

Coaching Trust reviews the Oscar model for coaching that was learned in The Mindsets, Skillsets and Toolsets of a CHS Leader. Participants then have in-depth opportunities to practice coaching. Lastly, the module takes a deep dive into the five behaviors that make a great team. Focusing on Trust, Unfiltered Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results, teams see how they can work better to uphold the values of CHS.

Focusing on the CHS Leadership model, this module helps leaders move to the next level to Co-Elevate.

The Emotionally Intelligent Leader focuses on the study of emotional intelligence (EQ) and its positive effects on leadership capabilities. Attendees will learn how to ensure active listening and understanding. Additionally, this session walks participants through their Emotional Quotient Assessment results and helps leaders develop an action plan for improvement for each of the five Domains for EQ.

Know Yourself, Know Others

Understanding not only your Behaviors and Motivators but also the Driving Forces and Behaviors of those around you allows leaders to have more positive interactions with their teams. Learning to adapt communication styles to meet others where they are is essential.

High Impact Teams 102

Building off High Impact Teams 101, High Impact Teams 102 looks at Advancing the CHS Mission with Performance Management. Students will reflect on personal mindset, behavior and results as well as developing a CHS mindset. Then using SMART goals, leaders will commit to self and team improvement.
